I absolutely loved the clean and modern vibe of this Nakgobsae specialist near Apgujeong Station. Their signature spicy stew is packed with fresh octopus, creamy intestines, and plump shrimp. The intestines had absolutely zero gaminess, and the octopus remained wonderfully tender. The sauce provides a deep umami flavor rather than just pure heat. You absolutely must order the potato scallion pancake on the side; its crispy exterior and fluffy inside are perfect for balancing the spice.
