Jayeongwa Saramdeul Milmyeon 자연과사람들 밀면

The broth for mul milmyeon is steeped with several medicinal herbs, faintly herbal and lightly seasoned, and it changes character once vinegar and mustard go in after the first few mouthfuls. Bibim milmyeon uses springy, jjolmyeon-like noodles in a sauce that is sweet and tangy more than hot, and a fair number of diners prefer it to the soup version. A regular and a large cost the same, and the warm meat broth served on the side earns praise of its own. The shop closes from about December through February; while waiting, a garden path leads to a lava rock shaped like the Korean Peninsula.
