The jangmo set (jangmo jeongsik) pairs abalone stone-pot rice with soy-marinated crab (ganjang gejang), soy-marinated abalone and soy-glazed stir-fried pork, plus a choice of seafood soft tofu stew or spicy scallion beef soup. The rice is cooked with abalone and its innards and needs no extra seasoning. The marinated crab and abalone are mild on salt with a gentle aroma.
