Clean interiors and an in-house restroom set this jeon and traditional-liquor bar apart from the crowded old stalls of Gwangjang Market. Around 250 traditional liquors fill a walk-in refrigerated room where guests pick bottles by hand, and makgeolli and soju also come by the glass. Hampyeong-style yukhoe, seasoned raw beef, and yukjeon wang-gimmari, a large fried glass-noodle seaweed roll combined with beef jeon, are the main pairings.
