Haeundae Wonjo Halmae Gukbap 해운대원조할매국밥

Clear beef broth, a big handful of bean sprouts and just enough red chili powder to tint the soup: this Gyeongsang-style sogogi-gukbap runs milder and less salty than the Daegu version. The seonji ttaro-gukbap adds soft ox-blood curd and brings the rice on the side, so you add as much as you like. The restaurant has been on Gunam-ro for more than 59 years.
