Whenever I want a hassle-free Korean BBQ experience in Busan, I head straight to this massive Centum branch. The absolute best part is that all the meat comes fully pre-cooked and sits on an induction burner at your table, meaning zero smoke on your clothes! The marinated ribs are incredibly tender and perfect with rice, while the gochujang-flavored meat was a bit too overpowering for me. If you visit on a weekend for lunch, you can still get their lunch special which includes a bowl of sour, bone-broth based milmyeon for free. Use the tablet to order effortlessly. The dedicated parking lot is huge, making it incredibly convenient for family gatherings.
