Gyoam Makguksu 교암막국수

Following the instructions posted in the shop, the makguksu gets only perilla oil at first so the buckwheat comes through, then the sauce and house-made dongchimi. Deulkkae makguksu is far richer with a generous amount of ground perilla seed, and the large size adds a small second bundle of noodles beside the first.
