Gasimeori Sikdang 가시머리식당

The name suggests fish, but what lands on the table is tender boiled pork suyuk and sweet-spicy bibim makguksu. On weekends you take a numbered ticket and wait. The pork has no gamey smell and goes well with makgeolli. Roast duck, dakbaeksuk (whole chicken soup) and spicy braised chicken need booking two to three hours ahead, and they are laid out in a private room.
