Kang Seongho Sekkosi 강성호 세꼬시

The draw is sekkosi: chamgajami, a small flounder, sliced thin with the bones in. It is crunchy, and the fine bones give it a nutty taste. The same fish is piled onto the mulhoe, whose seasoning is mild enough that some travelers on the road to the Unification Observatory stop in for it as a morning-after breakfast.
