Gamja Bawigol 감자바위골

The gamja-jeon is made from finely chopped potato, pressed thick and large and fried crisp like a hash brown, with thin slices of zucchini adding sweetness. The boiled pork suyuk, served with a fresh chive salad, gets ordered almost as often. Whatever you order, a small barley bibimbap with vegetables and chili paste arrives first. Service tends to be curt.
