Seasonal limited-edition cakes draw waits ranging from one hour on shorter days to three hours on busy weekends, with even weekday waits exceeding thirty minutes. Arriving early in the morning is the most effective way to reduce queue time. The flagship strawberry cake makes its weight felt the moment the box is handed over. A cross-section reveals that the sponge layers serve merely as structural support, with fresh strawberries packed wall to wall in between. The balance of rich chocolate sponge and bright strawberry tartness is impeccable, and the sweetness registers as entirely natural rather than artificially manufactured. The Sunsoo Roll and matcha roll are year-round bestsellers, while the autumn-limited Albam Roll features whole chestnuts embedded in pure milk cream within a soft sponge, delivering an earthy richness. During the Christmas season, products such as nokcha-siru (green tea steamed cake) and stollen expand the lineup with items well-suited for gifting.
