Dwaeji Sanghoe All-You-Can-Eat is a meat buffet on the second floor of Metro Building at 11 Gangnam-daero 98-gil in Seoul. The dining room covers roughly one hundred pyeong and combines grill tables with long ingredient counters. Its core pork assortment includes samgyeopsal, moksal, gabrisal or skirt meat, thinly shaved pork belly, and pork skin scored in a honeycomb pattern. Some menu tiers add thin beef belly and beef large intestine, placing thick pork, quickly cooked beef slices, and a fatty organ cut on the same grill as distinct ingredients. Pork belly spreads broad bands of lean meat and fat across the grate, while neck arrives in thicker, more compact pieces. Shaved pork belly and beef belly curl rapidly at the edges. The cross-hatched cuts on the pork skin open as both surfaces cook, and the intestine browns around a soft, fatty center. Soybean-paste stew and mixed wrap vegetables accompany the meat assortment. Another tier adds boneless soy-sauce chicken. The chicken is coated, fried without bones, and covered with a glossy soy seasoning, separating it from the raw cuts cooked at the table. Hamheung-style naengmyeon adds resilient cold noodles in either chilled broth or a mixed seasoning. Other full-course components include steamed rice and soft drinks. The ingredient counters divide raw cuts, lettuce, perilla leaves, kimchi, seasoned scallions, sliced garlic, ssamjang, sesame oil and salt, and curry powder into separate trays. This keeps the cuts visually distinct before grilling: layered pork belly, leaner neck, rolled shaved meat, scored skin, and coiled intestine each occupy their own section. Grill tables fill the open room, with several long tables positioned farther inside. Window-side seats look from the second floor toward the buildings and traffic along Gangnam-daero. The table itself places a central grill beside a stew pot, vegetable dishes, dipping seasonings, and whichever fried chicken or cold-noodle component belongs to the selected menu.
