Black-pork belly grills alongside kimchi so the fat and sourness mingle, and fried rice is made in the leftover drippings. Solo meals work best as stone-pot rice, ssambap with wrapping greens, or cheonggukjang, a strongly aromatic fermented-soybean stew.
