Yong Samgyetang 용삼계탕

Since 1974 this small Nonhyeon-dong shop has served only samgyetang, whole chicken soup, and ban-gyetang, the half-bird version, in a room that seats around fifteen. At the lunch peak, expect to wait outside. The signature move is to shred breast meat onto a kale leaf with a little gochujang and wrap it. Broth and the porridge made from the rice inside the bird are refilled.
