After moving from Yeonhui-dong to Hongjecheon-ro in Hongeun-dong, the shop still grills Jeju nokdon pork belly and thick-cut neck over coal briquettes. The belly has an even balance of fat and lean, and the neck meat stays chewy right through its fat, needing only salt. The salty house-made sausage spills juice when cut with scissors. Three kimchi made by the owner's mother, green onion, mustard leaf and napa cabbage, turn more savory when warmed briefly on the grill. Pickled perilla leaves with roasted garlic, ssamjang and a piece of pork make one wrap, and a spicy bean sprout and scallion salad cuts the fat. The restaurant appeared in the film Hidden Face, and parking is easy.
