Saenggogi duruchigi is ordered for two or more: aged kimchi, onion and raw pork simmer down in the pot until only a little broth is left. While it cooks, order a plate of warm tofu to eat with the house kimchi. Ramyeon noodles can go in at the end, though some skip them and add more pork instead.
