Myeolchi guksu, anchovy noodle soup, is topped with chopped kimchi, zucchini, egg ribbons and crumbled seaweed, and the noodles are cooked so they never turn soggy. A few spoonfuls of the chili seasoning on the table make the broth noticeably spicier. Bibim guksu looks fiery under its red sauce but is neither very spicy nor sweet.
