Kodari bibim naengmyeon is topped with big boneless pieces of semi-dried pollack tossed in a sweet-spicy sauce, with no bones to pick out. Warm broth arrives before the noodles, to sip before and after the cold bowl. The jumbo dumplings lean on vegetables more than meat and taste good dipped in the bibim sauce. On cold days, hwangtae nurungji-tang, dried pollack simmered with scorched rice, takes the place of the noodles.
