Coffee Hwa Roasters 커피화 - COFFEE HWA ROASTERS

A Kenya Kiambu Gititu AA washed here shows a sharp, tomato-like acidity. Inside the Lotte Castle shopping arcade in Songdo, this small roastery has around five tables, and the owner walks through each bean's tasting notes much like a wine list. Kenyan, Ethiopian and Panamanian beans are always on hand, and a new blend of the month arrives every month. Tiramisu is the dessert to pair, and plenty of customers stop in just to buy beans.
