Shio 시오

Each diner gets an individual wooden tray: salad and sweet pumpkin porridge to start, the main dish, and an orange slice to finish. Tucked down an alley in Yeonhui-dong, the room is small and quiet, and with no parking lot, arriving on foot is easier. The aged salmon rice bowl piles thick salmon around a soft yolk; break it and mix it through the rice. Soup curry comes with cheese rice, and the three-color yakitori set is the other regular choice. Dinner adds sukiyaki, beef and vegetables simmered and dipped in raw egg.
