Sinseol Oreum is a Jeju City restaurant designated as a Baeknyeon-gage (century-honored establishment), specializing in traditional Jeju cuisine. The signature momguk combines the richness of seaweed soup, the silky texture of maesaengi, and the hearty depth of slow-simmered meat broth in a single bowl, with the seaweed's characteristic aroma remarkably well controlled.
