Modol 모돌

Nobody at the table has to tend a grill, because the pork arrives already grilled in the kitchen. It is close to Exit 1 of Sindorim Station, and there is no corkage fee. The Modol hanpan platter mixes several cuts including pork belly with pork skin and whole mushrooms, to be dipped in spicy cheese sauce, wasabi-scented pickled mushrooms or roasted soybean powder. Kimchi stew loaded with pork and a steamed egg come with it. Bibim milmyeon, tangy and spicy wheat noodles, or fried rice rounds out the meal.
