Lettuce, perilla leaves and whatever greens the season brings arrive in heaps for wrapping, and refills are unlimited. The A course puts a whole grilled mackerel (godeungeo-gui) next to spicy stir-fried pork (jeyuk-bokkeum). Fish and meat then take turns from one wrap to the next. The doenjang for the wraps is good, and the pork belly set brings chewy slices with a fair balance of lean and fat. The banchan are neatly made and well seasoned. Sweet rice punch, sikhye, is poured generously after the meal. Parking near Sharosu-gil is first come, first served, and diners are sometimes asked mid-meal to move their cars. Solo diners are served, and an annex takes groups.
