A plain neighborhood place in the Ssangyong-dong residential area, it simmers beef leg bones and assorted bones for hours into a milky broth, then fills it with well-stewed ugeoji (dried napa cabbage leaves) and soft meat. The ugeoji haejangguk is rich without being salty, and the side dishes stop at kimchi and cubed radish kimchi.
