Sigol Ajumae Sundae 시골아주매순대

Two kinds of sundae share each bowl: a pale meat sausage with cheongyang chili in it, and pi sundae filled with blood. The pale one is the spicy one. The broth has a strong pork aroma but nothing gamey; perilla powder makes it nuttier, and chopped chili gives it a kick. A regular size is already a full meal, and with a child you can get a separate bowl of broth for them.
