The bibim version uses a soy and gochujang seasoning that pairs well with rice, while the muchim option has a sharp, vinegared profile that is best balanced with extra rice. Side dishes are a notable part of the meal. The soy-marinated shrimp is seasoned lightly, and the doenjang jjigae with sea squirts and blue crabs offers a savory seafood broth. Most sides are refillable, but the shrimp, mushroom tangsuyuk, and fish jeon carry additional fees. Rolled omelets are sold separately. While the interior is spacious, tables are positioned closely.
