The restaurant uses a wood-fired oven built by Italian craftsmen from Vesuvius volcanic stone. This process creates a remarkably soft dough that differs from standard pizza crusts. Located at 43-20 Jeongbalsan-ro in Goyang, it gained immense fame after appearing on the show Pungja Ttoganjip. The eggplant-topped Popolo Classica is the signature dish, complemented by appetizers like Frutti di Mare seafood fritto. Queues start as early as 9 AM. On-site registration via the Catch Table app begins at 10:30 AM; arriving by 9:30 AM usually ensures entry during the first seating. As waits often exceed two hours, many people browse nearby department stores while tracking the app notifications. Missing a call pushes your turn back. One pizza per person is the standard portion, and pasta service ended in July 2025. While the building offers two hours of free parking, the nearby Ilsandong-gu Office lot is more practical given the long wait.
