Orders are placed at an interior kiosk using an English menu, while staff can also communicate in Korean. A first visit therefore starts with kiosk payment rather than waiting for table service. The half-and-half combination of pepperoni and Hawaiian compares salty cured meat with pineapple on one pie. Choosing the pan crust places a substantial, elastic bread base under a thick layer of cheese. Pineapple on the Hawaiian side does not dominate with excessive sugar or juice and instead inserts fruit between the salt of ham and cheese. Pepperoni carries a stronger aroma and salinity than a standard chain pizza. The Rotorua Cheese pizza uses enough cheese for the front of a lifted slice to sag under the topping, making cheese quantity the main feature rather than meat or vegetables. Deviant adds meat, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms, combining savory protein, tomato acidity, and mushroom aroma on each slice. Ordering Rotorua and Deviant as two halves divides a cheese-centered side from one built around meat and vegetables.
