Instead of the bright colors many Vietnamese restaurants use, the room is done in wood furniture and warm light, closer to a European cafe, though it is small and the chairs sit tight together. The pho broth is a heavy one, Korean beef bones simmered for over 24 hours, and the special bowl is loaded with brisket. Bibim rice noodles skip the broth and get tossed in sauce, much like bun cha.
