Naori Shoku 나오리쇼쿠

Half the rice in the chashu set goes with the seasoned braised pork, and the rest is drowned in warm barley tea to make ochazuke, a clean finish much like Korean sungnyung. Grilled salmon comes unseasoned for soy sauce, while the mackerel is salted already. Lunchtime brings a wait on weekdays and weekends alike, and the karaage (Japanese fried chicken) set can run out early.
