나오리쇼쿠
Naori Shoku is a Japanese home-style dining restaurant near Pusan National University in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, known for its carefully composed set meals. The menu includes chashu ochazuke, grilled salmon sets, and karaage sets, each accompanied by a different arrangement of small side dishes. The chashu is pre-seasoned for easy pairing with rice, and pouring barley tea over the remaining rice transforms it into a light ochazuke finish reminiscent of traditional sunnyung. A thoughtful touch of orange slices and jelly rounds out the meal as dessert. Flavors are clean and balanced - neither too salty nor sweet - and the cozy interior evokes a Japanese household atmosphere. The popular karaage sometimes sells out during dinner hours, so earlier visits are advisable.
