Matna Bunsik 맛나분식

Gyeran-mandu, egg dumpling, has no wrapper at all: soaked glass noodles are folded into egg batter and griddled until golden, then eaten under tteokbokki sauce or dipped in soy seasoning. The tteokbokki is what you would expect from an old stall in Seodong Miro Market, sweet first and barely spicy.
