Near Pusan National University, del Lago cut back its steak sets in a renovation and brought in a salad bar. The bar holds around four salads, barbecue chicken, pork belly barbecue, drinks, ice cream and coffee from beans the owner roasts himself, though some longtime customers miss the old set menus. Triple garlic pasta, the long-running signature, survived the change, and a kids' room has opened upstairs.
