Pizzas go into the oven only once ordered, the smell drifts out into the Yeonhui-dong alley, and the cheese is piled on so thickly that every slice stretches. Even a small combination pizza is big enough to fill two people, and a half-and-half order can put the spicy, salty jalapeno pepperoni on the same pie. Leftover slices are wrapped one by one.
