Seasonal Korean courses are served on the fourth floor of a building on the road up toward the former Blue House in Seochon, with the seasons visible through the windows. The menu changes completely every month, staying close to traditional Korean cooking while presenting each dish in a restrained, modern way. Plates look small, yet the full course leaves diners well fed. Tableware, service and dish explanations get as much attention as the food, and a bar counter in front of the kitchen lets solo guests take the course. The restaurant closes on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Bookings open every Monday for the week six weeks ahead, and parking space is tight.
