Onggigol Manchan 옹기골만찬

The ureong ssambap set opens with pumpkin porridge, then brings doenjang stew, spicy stir-fried pork and tteokgalbi (grilled minced-rib patties) to the table with a heap of greens the restaurant grows itself. The staff explain how to eat it: mix the siraegi-bap (rice with dried radish greens) with plum-chili paste, top it with the ssamjang packed with plump, chewy river snails, and wrap it in the leaves.
