This shop moved just across the bridge from the old Hambyeonghyeon Kimchimari Guksu site, so anyone looking for that name has come to the right place. The icy dongchimi broth, a radish-water kimchi, has a faint fizz, and the cold noodles stay chewy to the last strand. Bibim guksu is all strong seasoning and none of that broth, which leaves little reason to order it. On the side, get the thick mung bean pancake with its unusually crisp crust, or the meat dumplings.
