Obaekdon 오백돈

Jeju pork is seared once over charcoal before it reaches the table; staff lay it on the grill, and from there the cooking is up to you. Only the center of the grill runs hot, and cooked pieces dry out quickly unless they are moved to the edge. The Obaekdon set brings moksal (neck), Halla baeksal and ogyeopsal (skin-on belly) together, which makes it easy to taste all three and add more of the one you like. The sundubu jjigae that comes with it has a broth rich enough to feel like a dish in its own right rather than a freebie.
