Neungdong Minari 능동미나리

Finely minced water dropwort piles over a clear broth and thin slices of beef in the brass bowls of minari gomtang served at this Michelin Bib Gourmand spot near Yongsan. Neungdong yukhoe bibimbap mixes hanwoo beef tartare with the same herb, in a dressing that leans slightly sweet and tart. Kkori-jjim, braised oxtail, is on the menu too. Radish kimchi goes with the rice and salted seafood with the meat, and extra rice is free. The room plays on 90s retro design, and the bar sticks to soju, beer and traditional Korean liquor.
