The handmade rolled cheese tonkatsu is fried so even the underside stays crisp. The place doubles as a cafe, and the meal can roll on into snowflake bingsu with house-made red beans that are not too sweet, or a hallabong ade. You have to turn down a quiet side road to find it, and it is rarely crowded.
