Mongtan 몽탄

Straw-fire smoke flavors the udae galbi, long-bone beef short ribs that are seared in the kitchen and finished at the table by staff, who cut them into bite-size pieces. The only other meat is straw-fire pork jowl, and frozen radish salad and onion kimchi cut through the fat. There are no reservations; the queue runs through Catchtable, and waits often top 90 minutes even on weekdays.
