Miyeongine Jocheon 미영이네 조천점

This is the Jocheon seaside branch of Miyeongine, the Moseulpo mackerel sashimi spot, and it serves the same sashimi without the drive to Moseulpo. Thin slices with the silver skin left on are wrapped in seaweed with pickled onion and seasoned greens. The mackerel stew (godeungeo-tang) looks clear and mild but carries a slow heat and an unfamiliar aroma; some love it, others put the spoon down.
