Manduguk, the dumpling soup, comes in a clear meat broth; stirring up the seasoning paste resting at the bottom of the bowl gives a spicier finish. Wrappers are thick enough to hold together in the soup. Gochujeon, chili peppers stuffed with meat and pan-fried, tends to sell out early, and the crisp bindaetteok mung bean pancake goes well with makgeolli.
