만두집 미사점

This mandu-jeongol (dumpling hotpot) restaurant in Hanam's Misa area delivers an extraordinary balance of quantity, quality, and price that is hard to beat. Two servings of the hotpot is more than enough for three adults, with four oversized dumplings per portion. The thick wrappers hold up without bursting even as the pot boils vigorously, and the kimchi filling inside is packed dense enough to carry real flavor. The broth blends clear vegetable and seafood stock into something clean and gentle, and stirring in their spicy dadaegi paste transforms it into a satisfyingly fiery soup. The haemul-patui (seafood scallion fritter) is a hidden gem, loaded with seafood in every bite and somehow not greasy despite being fried. The owners personally circulate the dining room to check on guests, and turnover is fast enough that even a long-looking queue moves quickly. Parking is convenient.
