Meokbo Hanwoo Hanam 먹보한우 하남점

A tank by the entrance holds packaged hanwoo submerged in water as it ages, and the water-aging is the first thing you see. That beef goes into grilling platters with cuts such as ribeye and chuck flap, and the galbitang comes as a regular with two ribs or a large with three. The soup is already seasoned and needs only pepper; the meat from it is dipped in a sweet-tart sauce. Dogs are allowed inside.
