Kong Sarang Cheonggukjang 콩사랑 청국장

Steamed potatoes arrive before the meal, and sikhye, a sweet rice drink, waits at the self-serve bar after it. The sikhye is made in house and also sold to take away. The cheonggukjang here is milder in smell than most, with a nutty sweetness, and it goes well stirred into rice with the lightly salted namul. Even the eggplant side dish is steamed and dressed rather than stir-fried.
