The soft-boiled ajitamago on the Special Mi Ramen, a set white around a still-soft yolk, is good enough that people talk about ordering eggs on their own. Mi Ramen's tonkotsu broth is thick enough to feel on the spoon, and it is salty. Two bowls call for caution if you avoid chili: Goku Ramen is noticeably hot even at the low levels, and the tsukemen dipping sauce is spicy as well.
