The 13-dish Jeju hanjeongsik comes with braised mackerel by default, but you can ask to swap it for braised hairtail (galchi jorim). That hairtail braise has sweet radish and a mild sauce children manage easily, while the grilled hairtail on the same table is saltier. Dombae-gogi (sliced boiled pork), soy-marinated crab, soy-marinated abalone and a seafood hot pot fill out the spread.
