Jjaebo Sikdang 째보식당

The ganjang modeum plate puts salmon, conch, shrimp, abalone and soy-marinated crab together, ranging from soft salmon to firm, chewy conch. The soy marinade is not salty and keeps fishiness in the background, and the pieces work eaten on their own, mixed into rice, or wrapped in laver. The plate for two is smaller than you might expect.
