The cafe is led by a proprietor who earned second place in the World Barista Championship, ensuring a high level of expertise in every cup. The exterior retains the original structure's industrial character, while the interior opens into a high-ceilinged hall with seating distributed across two levels. Generous spacing between tables provides a comfortable atmosphere, complemented by additional seating in an inner gallery. The Americano menu features two distinct bean options: the acidic Migok blend and the smoother Guam blend. Both selections emphasize a clean finish. An on-site bakery offers items like basil tomato bread, salt bread, and crispy croungji. Small ovens are available for warming pastries. A self-service water station provides three different types of filtered water, including carbon-filtered and hydrogen-infused options. The venue also houses a specialty coffee academy and displays various lifestyle items for purchase. A grand piano is situated on the main floor for occasional live music.
