The cuttlefish tangsuyuk is the signature dish, featuring whole cuttlefish deep-fried to achieve a chewy yet crispy texture that tastes excellent even without dipping sauce. The small size provides generous portions for sharing, though it is priced slightly higher than standard tangsuyuk.
